Ingredients:
Nocla flavouring:
10 chicken thighs – boneless
100 g Kornfond
1 lemon – sliced into 4 wedges
10 twigs of thyme
50 g neutral oil
Optional: Freshly crack black pepper
Optional: Zest from 1 lemon
Optional: Thyme – finely chopped

Mix all the ingredients together and place in an oven tray.

Cover the tray and let the chicken marinate for 24 hours in the fridge.

Roast the chicken in the oven at 220C for 20-25 minutes.
