Ingredients:
Nocla flavouring:
30 carrots
Neutral oil
Sea salt
10 twigs of thyme
5 bay leaves
2 lemons – sliced into 4 pcs.
100 g salted butter
2 cloves of garlic
100 g Kornfond

Wash the carrots. Peel them if necessary.

Mix the carrots with oil, sea salt, garlic and the herbs. Place it into an oven tray and roast it in the oven at 220C for 20 minutes.

Add the Kornfond and butter to the carrots.
