Ingredients:
Nocla flavouring:
2.5 kg mixed mushrooms
Neutral oil
50 g butter
5 sprigs of thyme
3 onions – finely chopped
1 garlic - finely chopped
0.5 bundle parsley – leaves and stems
1 liter cream
Kornfond
Lemon juice

Clean the mushrooms and slice them.

Add the sliced mushrooms into a pan with oil and butter and sauté until they are soft and browned.

Add cream and Kornfond and reduce until it thickens slightly.

Add the onions, garlic and parsley. Adjust the seasoning with Kornfond and lemon juice.
