Ingredients:
Nocla flavouring:
1 pointed/Summer cabbage
Neutral oil – grapeseed oil
Sea salt
50 g roasted pumpkins seeds
50 g pickled cucumber
100 g good quality extra virgin olive oil
50 g Kornfond
50 g balsamic or fruit vinegar
Parsley, dill, cress

Remove the outer layer of the cabbage and rinse it in cold water.

Cut the cabbage into smaller wedges.

Place them on a baking tray an add oil and sea salt.

Roast in the oven at 220C oven for 10-15 minutes.
Final plating

Plate the roasted cabbage into a plate.

Make a vinaigrette with olive oil, Kornfond and vinegar and add it to the plate.
