Be creative and use Kornfond in a variety of ways. It’s a fantastic flavouring that enhances the natural flavour nuances of the ingredients and adds a complexity to any dish.

Works well in sauces, soups, marinades, and stews. You can dilute Kornfond at a 1:6 ratio to achieve the same flavour intensity of ready-to-use stock or demi-glace.
