Sales Manager Foodservice at Nocla A/S

Make your mark on foodservice sales

Nocla works to make natural fermented flavourings accessible to as many professional kitchens as possible, promoting a healthier and greener future.

We are looking for an outgoing, persistent, and results-oriented Sales Manager for Foodservice.

You will be responsible for sales to our foodservice customers, including food wholesalers, professional commercial kitchens, restaurants, and public institutions.

A significant portion of your time will be spent with customers in the market, where you will focus on sales and customer consulting as well as business development.

Your responsibilities
  • Implement the sales strategy across the four target groups.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Conduct workshops for our customers to help them achieve the greatest success with their menus and our products.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and the best products.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within foodservice.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events.

Your skills

You are a relationship builder and are motivated by sales and business development. You love closing new deals with customers and use this mindset to foster a strong winning culture.

Your passion for food and ingredients runs deep, and you have a professional background as a chef or caterer.

You have a strong network in the industry and are used to a daily routine filled with meetings with both new and existing customers.

You are fluent in Danish and English, and speaking additional languages is a clear advantage.

Last but not least, you have enormous drive and are known for spreading positive vibes around you. You are open, outgoing, down-to-earth, and efficient in your communication, with a personality that fosters strong and lasting relationships.
