25 g Legume Shoyu
Juice from ½ lemon
10 g Sugar (optional)
Mixed salad leaves
Radishes – thinly sliced
Dill – picked into small sprigs
Creamy Nordic Dressing (Mormordressing)
Cream

Whisk all ingredients together until the dressing thickens slightly.

Adjust seasoning with additional Legume Shoyu and lemon juice if needed.
Salad

Wash and slice the radishes thinly.

Wash the salad leaves and tear them into smaller pieces.

Toss the salad leaves in the dressing, ensuring they are well coated.

Gently fold in radishes and dill, then serve in suitable bowls.
